MySQL Can't initalize character set unknown

Hi everyone.

I'm coming back to you to request your help. I upgraded mysql to 8 and b1gmailserver queue not running.

When trying to restart queue, I get this error:

MySQL: Can't initialize character set unknown (path: compiled_in)
